AIOProductOS vs Notion
Notion is a great docs-and-wiki home. It wasn't built to run product decisions off revenue. If you're here because Notion's AI credits ran out mid-task or the bill jumped, here's the honest comparison.
The short version
| Notion | AIOProductOS | |
|---|---|---|
| AI pricing | Credit-metered for custom agents (~$10 / 1,000 credits); per-model usage limits | Un-metered AI, included from the entry plan up |
| Pricing model | Per-seat | Flat per-team |
| Built for | Docs, wikis, lightweight databases | One record per customer joining feedback + revenue + work + code |
| "What to build next" | You assemble it manually | Revenue-weighted, framework-neutral, on the joined record |
| "Did the last ship work" | Not a native concept | Every feature carries a verdict: adoption, MRR adopted, retention lift |
Where Notion is genuinely the better pick
If your core need is a flexible docs-and-notes workspace, or a lightweight wiki the whole company edits, Notion is excellent and AIOProductOS is overkill. We're not a document editor and don't pretend to be. Keep Notion for that — you can connect it.
Where teams switch
The switch tends to happen when the question stops being "where do we write things down" and becomes "which paying customers are blocked on features we haven't shipped, and what's the revenue behind each." That's a query on a joined record in AIOProductOS, and an afternoon of spreadsheet work in Notion. It's also where credit-metered AI hurts most: the moment you most want to ask the tool something is the moment you're weighing it against a credit balance.
On "un-metered"
We include AI un-metered because most of the questions product teams ask resolve as deterministic computations over data you already have — no model call, no credit, no hallucination. The generative work uses the model; the arithmetic doesn't. That's what makes flat pricing sustainable rather than a loss-leader.

Counter-case: if you don't have paying customers yet, or don't need revenue joined to roadmap, the revenue-weighting is wasted on you — a simpler tool is the honest answer.
